As We Pass is Lukas Frank’s official debut LP as Storefront Church, but the noir-ish storms he conjures on the album have been brewing for years. A session drummer-turned-darkly atmospheric auteur, Frank can evoke Radiohead and Chris Isaak in the same breath.
